Skincare Retail Store Business Operations Manager at Bave Design Studio

• We’re launching a new skincare retail store in Lagos and are looking for a proactive Operations Manager to take the lead in setting up and running the store. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something from the ground up — from store setup, hiring, and creating internal systems, to managing daily operations and customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee the physical setup of the new store — from layout to stocking
• Recruit and onboard store staff with excellence
• Develop and implement store SOPs and operational workflows
• Set up inventory systems (Zoho, Odoo, or similar) and ensure proper stock management
• Monitor daily operations and optimize store efficiency
• Work closely with the founder on business structuring and growth strategy
• Ensure the store runs smoothly, meets goals, and maintains top-tier customer service

You’re a Great Fit if You:

• Have previous experience managing a skincare or beauty store
• Are highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive
• Know how to write SOPs and process documentation
• Are tech-savvy and understand inventory or POS software
• Have strong people management and problem-solving skills
• Are comfortable taking initiative and managing projects from scratch
