Job Summary

• We are looking for a well-experienced and reliable Project Manager to plan construction projects and oversee the project progress along the way in a timely, cost-effective manner maintaining quality and safety standards.
• You will be responsible for costs and budgeting, organization, implementation, scheduling, quality and safety of the project activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion ensuring controls of all onsite construction activities to monitor compliance with safety regulations & quality requirements/standards
• Coordinate, direct and manage all construction workers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders for effective performance
• Determine and define scope of work and deliverables while ensuring control of the project schedule & costs
• Devise cost-effective plans to enable flawless project completion
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Manage risks to avoid delays or reputational damage
• Evaluate and resolve design and structural challenges and ensure state of the art, high standard finishing of all projects.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.

Technical Requirements

• Possess a minimum of University Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• 10+ years relevant and proven experience in a top and reputable construction firm specifically dealing with highly defined construction projects
• Ability to manage large and multiple projects
• Good management skills (Project Management certification is an added advantage)
• Thorough at work and pays attention to detail
• Should be an efficient planner looking ahead for requirement of resources, manpower, equipment, among others
• Should be proactive rather than reactive. #technology.

Remuneration
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
