Site Engineer at Firstfruit Homes Limited

Job Description

• Interpreting and understanding construction drawings and specifications.
• Conducting site surveys and establishing site control points.
• Setting out construction lines and levels on site, inspect work in progress to maintain quality control standards
• Supervise construction crews, assigning tasks and coordinating their activities on site
• Manage site logistics, including equipment and access control
• Enforce all safety regulations on site conducting regular safety inspections and addressing potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and permits.

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate construction projects and infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Must be COREN certified
• Strong communication and coordination ability
• ⁠Outstanding communication abilities
• ⁠Must reside in Abuja.
