About the Role

• We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
• The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail to coordinate workers, materials, and timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Interpret and implement project plans, designs, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local regulations.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders on project progress.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status, material usage, and manpower.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to design and construction standards.
• Monitor and manage resources, tools, and equipment to avoid wastage.
• Provide technical advice and resolve site-related issues promptly.
• Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure all work is executed within budget and time constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
