Site Audit Officer at Trucrete Solutions Limited

About the Role:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Audit Officer with a solid background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting routine site audits to ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, safety procedures, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits across project sites to ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Review and verify project documentation, material usage, and work progress reports.
• Identify non-compliance issues, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on implementation.
• Monitor site operations to ensure efficient use of resources and compliance with approved budgets.
• Collaborate with project engineers, site supervisors, and HSE officers to ensure operational transparency and accountability.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
• Support management in developing and improving internal control and audit processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an audit, quality assurance, or compliance role, Preferably within the construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project documentation, and site operations.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
