Site Acquisition Specialists (Telecom Sector) at Timeless Telecom

• We are recruiting for a client in the telecommunications sector seeking Site Acquisition Specialists to identify, evaluate, and secure locations for cell towers, fiber optic networks, and other telecom infrastructure. This role involves negotiating with landowners, working with local authorities, and ensuring regulatory compliance to facilitate successful site acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Identification & Evaluation – Research and assess potential sites based on technical, zoning, and regulatory requirements.
• Landowner Negotiation – Engage property owners, explain project details, and secure lease or purchase agreements.
• Permitting & Zoning – Work with local government agencies to obtain approvals and ensure legal compliance.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Coordinate with engineering, legal, and project management teams to align acquisition efforts.
• Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records, contracts, and reports on acquisition progress.
• Market Research & Analysis – Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Real Estate, Telecommunications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience: 2+ years in site acquisition, real estate, or a similar field (telecom experience is a plus).

Skills:

• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Knowledge of zoning laws, permitting processes, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in GIS tools, Microsoft Office, and project management software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Work Commitment: Willingness to travel frequently to sites and stakeholder meetings.
