    Shuttlers Mobility Operations Internship Program

    Job Summary

    As a Mobility Operations Intern at Shuttlers, you will play a vital role in understanding and contributing to the daily operations of our mobility services. This internship provides a hands-on learning experience and an opportunity to work closely with our operations team. You will gain insights into the dynamic world of transportation and contribute to our mission of revolutionising commuting.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the operations team in the daily activities related to scheduling, fleet management, live support, and tracking transportation services.
    • Collect and analyse operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Interact with the pilots and other stakeholders responsible for service excellence to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive transportation experience.
    • Collaborate with the team to optimise routes, considering factors such as cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor the quality of the fulfilment process by ensuring the adequate maintenance of the fleet and identifying areas for improvement in safety, reliability, and performance.
    • Inventory Management: Assist in managing bus partners, pilots, and the fleet to ensure excellent service fulfilment
    • Ensure and maintain accurate records and documentation related to trips and fleet. 

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in any transport discipline (transport management or transport technology etc)
    • No prior experience needed.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
