Role Overview:

As the Shopify Page Designer at LAC, you'll be instrumental in developing the look and feel of our online store. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement creative and engaging home pages, product pages, and other site elements that enhance user experience and showcase our products effectively. Your work will directly impact our brand's online identity and contribute to our sales and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing and user-friendly home pages and product pages for the LAC Shopify site, ensuring a cohesive look and feel that aligns with our brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to translate campaign concepts and product launches into compelling online experiences.
• Utilize high-quality images, typography, and layout techniques to enhance the aesthetic appeal and usability of our website.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in web design and ecommerce, implementing innovative features and improvements to keep our site at the forefront of the industry.
• Conduct regular website audits to identify opportunities for enhancement, focusing on design elements that can increase engagement and conversions.
• Work with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Analyze site metrics and user feedback to inform design decisions and improve the overall shopping experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a web designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing ecommerce websites, particularly Shopify platforms.
• A strong eye for visual composition, color theory, and typography, with the ability to create engaging layouts that enhance user experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively across teams.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of current web design trends and technologies, with a passion for creating innovative and user-friendly ecommerce experiences.
