Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Shop Supervisor located in Ikeja.
• The Shop Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with suppliers.
• Additional tasks include supervising the setup for events, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring the shop's overall functionality and cleanliness.

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Inventory management and supplier coordination experience
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized store environment.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of products.
• coordinate the planning, decoration, coordination, and execution of events ( proposals, date nights, private celebrations, etc.)
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
• Coordinate logistics, vendors, and timelines for events.
• Maintain records of sales, event bookings, and client feedback.
• Contribute ideas for new gift products and experiential offerings.
• Provide reports and insights to management for both store and event operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related
• 1-2 years experience in any related field
• Must live around Ikeja
