    Shop Supervisor

    • As the shop supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including product availability and placement.
    • Other duties entail managing the staff and customer services and controlling finances. You will also train new employees and schedule shifts.

    Your Job description include the following:

    • Manage cash, perform daily bank deposit, reconcile and process invoices, record and secured daily revenue.
    • Stock all incoming shipments upon weekly arrival and manage inventory
    • Manage stock replenishment and ensure that appropriate levels of inventory for product lines are maintained and ordered.
    • Manage store supplies
    • Order special merchandise upon request
    • Deliver superior customer service while working with the team to promote sales.
    • Coordinate emails to and from customers, to and from the head office
    • Provide all managerial duties during shift.
    • Build and maintain strong relationship with repeat customers.
    • Ensure the whole store is tidy and check staff dressing and general hygiene.
    • Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
    • Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.
    • Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
    • Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
    • Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
    • Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.
    • Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • A bachelor's degree in business administration, financial management, or related field
    • Minimum of 3years experience as a retail store supervisor or similar
    • Extensive experience with preparing financial and expense reports.
    • In-depth knowledge of product and consumer trends
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
    • Competency in retail management software, such as SAGE, VEND, etc
    • Proficiency with Microsoft office especially Excel
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
