Assist in the planning and delivery of surprise and gift items.
Serves as a basic source of information to clients on style, format, materials, price and services available
Reviews and verifies accuracy of job items and other office documentation. Sorts and prioritizes items for delivery Receives, sorts, prioritizes and processes orders for delivery Assist in pick-up and delivery services Assists in execution of surprises and decorations Delivers items to specific locations Assists in gift curation and crafting Maintains the order of work area.
Performs clerical function incidental to delivery activities, including maintaining and logging orders for pickup and delivery
Qualifications
Minimum of OND in any management course
At least 1 year working experience in a managerial /creative role
Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in
Ability to learn new skills fast
Decoration/ party planning experience is a plus Must be jovial and fun
