Shop Assistant

Job Brief

We are looking to hire a vibrant shop assistant to help clean and stock up the store for easy identification of goods by customers

Responsibilities
- Arranging and labeling goods on the display shelves
- Cleaning and rearranging the store
- Receiving and unpacking delivered goods from suppliers
- Cleaning within and outside the shop environment
- Cutting and packing for Customers
- Loading and Offloading products
- Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
Requirements
- Minimum SSCE
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a sales assistant.
- Proven customer service or retail experience.
- Great attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
