Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shoemaker to join its production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and finishing footwear according to design specifications while maintaining quality and durability standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and assemble shoe materials (leather, synthetic, rubber, etc.)
• Operate shoe-making tools and machinery
• Stitch, shape, and finish footwear products
• Repair and modify footwear when required
• Ensure quality control and proper finishing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop
• Meet daily production targets

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of FSLC / SSCE
• Proven experience in shoemaking or footwear production
• Strong knowledge of shoe construction techniques
• Ability to use manual and mechanical shoe-making tools
• Attention to detail and good finishing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Added Advantage:

• Experience in bulk or uniform footwear production
• Ability to design shoe patterns
• Knowledge of modern finishing techniques
