Shipping Officer at Shiptonaija

We are looking for an organized and handy shipping officer to be responsible for generating ship labels, and offloading containers, having excellent attention to detail.  

• Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints.
• Prepare sales reports for senior management
• Keep a meticulous record of shipment information.
• Coordinate all import and export shipping operations to ensure timely shipments
•  Handle full set of shipping documents for the import operation
• Coordinate with forwarder/suppliers on shipment documents accurately
• Work closely with shipping agencies for all Custom related issues
• Issuance of Purchase Orders for import shipments.

Requirements:

• A degree in business management, logistics, or another relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literacy skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to multitask.
