We are seeking a recent graduate to fill the role of Shipping Assistant. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in logistics and shipping. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing shipping operations to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Booking placements for shipments as per operational needs.
• Submitting shipping instructions for different shipping lines.
• Tracking shipments to provide up-to-date information on their status.
• Following up with agents and relevant authorities to ensure all pre-shipment documentation is completed and compliant with regulations.
• Collaborating with team members to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a second-class upper division degree or higher.
• 0 to 2 years of work experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office management tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Candidate must not be more than 26 years old.
