Responsibilities

• To provide visible leadership to the team members by overseeing the operations and management on a daily basis with the aim to maximize profit while minimizing cost.
• To lead the Outlet in the absence of the Outlet manager

Requirement

• Minimum of OND certification or its equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of retail-based industry experience
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role in the food or retail industry
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work efficiently with cross functional team members
