Shift In-Charge / Shift Production Supervisor at Aureole Consulting Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shift In-Charge / Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate production operations during assigned shifts.
• The ideal candidate will ensure that machines, manpower, and materials are efficiently utilized to meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive production orders from the sales department and update order status regularly.
• Plan and schedule jobs on machines according to sales orders and customer priorities.
• Assign and manage workforce to meet daily production requirements.
• Monitor and maintain machine parameters to ensure consistent output and minimal downtime.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure adherence to operational standards.
• Maintain accurate production and performance records.
• Ensure production of high-quality finished goods in line with company standards.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments (Sales, Maintenance, QA, Logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive production efficiency and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering or related fields.
• 3 – 5 years of experience as a Shift Supervisor, Production Supervisor, or similar role in a manufacturing, FMCGor flexible packaging company.
• Strong understanding of production planning, machinery operation, and preventive maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
