Shift Engineering Supervisor at Promasidor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES

The ideal candidates will be responsible for:

• Effective planning of preventive maintenance
• Ensuring that subordinates are properly trained for the right acquisition of technical skill and knowledge
• Ensuring that changes and modification to plants/machinery are properly documented for improved factory operations
• Ensuring that all production machines are optimally available
• Ensuring that ordering and usage of maintenance spares are properly utilized for better factory operations
• Monitoring/ co-ordinating factory operations for improved OEE measurement/performance
• Ensuring efficient supports for factory operations
• Ensuring total compliance to technical operating standards
• Ensuring safe installations of machineries/equipment

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• A good university degree (BSc/HND) in Mechanical Engineering & Electrical Engineering
• Three (3) years relevant work experience in a standard manufacturing environment.
