This is a part-time on-site Shelter Manager role located in Lagos at Sheltered Hope Initiative.
The Shelter Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the communal shelter program, including communication with residents, case management, social services, training, and research to support the transition of homeless individuals to self-sufficiency.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in case management and social services
Ability to provide training to shelter residents
Proficiency in conducting research for program improvement
