To carry out ‘A’ and ‘B’ services as per work instructions on Aggreko generators
To carry out major maintenance as per work instruction on Aggreko generators
To carry out systematic fault finding and repairs on mechanical equipment including DC control circuits.
To carry out Aggreko ‘Health Checks’, interpret results and carry out required adjustments / repairs
To carry out procedural based failure reporting using paper and electronic systems
To carry out replacement, with or without assistance, of engine components on Aggreko generators.
To carry out ‘On the Job Training’ for service crews (assistant support / assistant technicians).
To carry out switching on Low Voltage equipment
To complete and maintain paper and electronic records as per site specifics
Operate the inventory and maintenance management system (M3, MMS, ATA or equivalent)
To operate and troubleshoot the generators using generator controllers and SCADA system.
