    Service Support Officer

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in either Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or any other relevant discipline
    • 0 - 1 year of customer support experience.
    • ITIL v3 or v4 training and certification,
    • Certified on CCNA, and or CWNA
    • Training on either or both Microwave Radios, VSAT, and Fiber Optics
    • Training on Customer service, Soft skills, Service Mgt. training and other relevant certificates applicable.
