    Service Sales Manager

    About the Role

    • The Service Sales Manager is responsible for driving the sales, renewal, and growth of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating service delivery, achieving revenue targets, and working closely with technical teams to ensure effective maintenance support and contract performance.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive sales and renewals of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to achieve revenue targets
    • Identify and develop new AMC business opportunities from existing customers and new clients
    • Promote comprehensive and multi-year AMC packages to increase contract value
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, biomedical teams, procurement units, and key decision-makers
    • Prepare AMC proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close service agreements
    • Ensure high customer retention and timely renewal of AMC contracts
    • Coordinate with technical/service teams to ensure preventive maintenance and repair services are delivered according to SLA commitments
    • Monitor equipment uptime, response time, and customer satisfaction for AMC clients
    • Work closely with spare parts and logistics teams to minimize equipment downtime
    • Develop AMC pricing based on equipment type, service scope, risk level, and operational cost
    • Ensure timely invoicing and follow up on outstanding AMC payments
    • Maintain accurate records of AMC contracts, renewal dates, SLAs, and payment terms
    • Handle customer complaints and act as the escalation point for service-related issues
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on AMC sales pipeline, renewals, and revenue performance
    • Analyze market trends and competitor AMC offerings to improve sales strategy
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to drive AMC awareness and campaigns
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory standards
    • Train and mentor junior staff on AMC sales processes and customer relationship management

    Qualifications

    • BSc/HND in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Business, or related field
    • 5 years’ minimum experience in medical equipment sales/service with at least 2 years focused on AMC/service contracts
    • Proven track record of meeting revenue and renewal targets
    • For Senior level: 5+ years with team leadership and P&L responsibility
