Service Now Architect at 2AM Tech Limited

Role Description

• This is a contract Service Now Architect role requiring regular travel around Sub-Saharan Africa, with flexibility for remote work.
• The Service Now Architect will be responsible for providing consulting services, managing IT Service Management, developing Solution Architecture, and participating in Presales activities, as well as providing effective Service Delivery on all projects.

Candidates all must have experience on the below Service Now modules:

• ITSM (Std & Pro)
• ITAM (SAM Pro) including the common publishers
• Customer Service Management
• Telco Service Management
• Field Service Management
• ITOM (Discovery, Visibility, Pro)
• HRSD (Std, Pro, Enterprise)
• Service Portfolio Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology
• ServiceNow Certification is a plus.
• Strong consulting skills, including the ability to provide expert guidance to clients on ServiceNow implementation and strategy
• Deep understanding of IT Service Management principles and processes
• Experience with Solution Architecture and design, including requirements gathering and system customization
• Experience with Presales activities, including proposal development and customer engagement
• Strong Service Delivery skills, including the ability to provide superior customer service and work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver on project objectives
• Proven experience implementing ServiceNow, including familiarity with its architecture and customization capabilities
