Service Engineer / Technician at Contec Global Infotech Limited

Job Description

• Coordination of After Sales Servicing.
• Supervision of Technicians in all the regions.
• Ensure no Repeat jobs from Technicians.
• To repair the capability of level-3 type defects.
• Ensure first- three level equipment is used for replacement and be able to manage customer/Technicians Relationships.
• Perform any other task(s) assigned by a superior officer.
• Ability to read hardware PCB diagrams and bandwidth of networks.

Requirements

• Positive attitude.
• Microsoft proficiency
• Knowledge of Phones & POS hardware and Software.
• Knowledge of the 6S and 3M.
• Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software problems.
