• As a Service Engineer at SANY NIGERIA, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive after-sales support to our customers. Your role will involve installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Installation and Commissioning:

• Assemble, install, and commission various SANY products according to manufacturer's specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct thorough testing and commissioning procedures to ensure equipment functionality and safety.

Maintenance and Repair:

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Execute timely repairs and replacements of faulty components.

Technical Support:

• Provide expert technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Offer guidance on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Field Service:

• Respond to service calls and conduct on-site inspections to assess equipment condition.
• Collaborate with customers to schedule and coordinate service visits.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and detailed service records, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and inspection findings.
• Generate comprehensive reports on equipment performance, service history, and potential improvement areas.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field service and equipment maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
