Service Engineer at Royal Power and Energy Limited

Responsibilities

• Execute electrical contracting and service activities for UPS, inverter, and servo stabilizer systems
• Demonstrate strong expertise in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Numeric UPS and other leading brands (up to 200kVA) and stabilizers (up to 500kVA)
• Perform installation and commissioning of electrical cabling systems and low-voltage (LV) electrical panels in line with industry standards
• Prepare and interpret technical specifications in accordance with contractual and project requirements
• Support the implementation and coordination of electrical projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Deliver high-quality technical support services, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Operate effectively in field service roles with flexibility for extensive travel
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of service activities, including job ticket updates and closures
• Ensure Joint Completion Certificates (JCCs) are signed by customers and submitted to Lagos HQ on a weekly basis
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior engineers on UPS system installation, diagnostics, and repair
