Service Engineer [AV & HA] at Fadac Resources

Our client is a leading service & retail-based company in Nigeria with a commitment to providing the best electronic products, installation, and after-sales services. Due to expansion, they need Service Engineer (AV & HA) 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Sound Knowledge on fixing and installing of AV (TV, LCD, Sound bar, DVD, mini-Speakers, Fan, MWO, SDA, Air Purifier, etc) & HA (board repairing of AC, WM, Fridge, Freezer, Etc). 
• Able to troubleshoot component level defects on the PCBs and Panels of all the range of AV & HA products. 
• Examine existing complains, unit and site to find appropriate fault. 
• Justify the reason of fault with facts & findings. 
• Inventory management of used, non-used and defective parts. provide excellent service to meet customer’s expectations. 
• Perform product storage and transportation activities in safe and secure manner. 
• Prioritize and complete the given jobs accurately and timely. 
• Maintain the workplace and keep tools clean, safe and organized. 
• Carefully follow and adhere to the instruction given by the Service Centre Supervisor. 
• Should be able to visit customers in house jobs 
• Able to work under pressure. 
• Ensure to achieve per day productivity target. 
• Daily report & operations of service jobs. 

Job Requirement 

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering 
• Minimum 5 years related experience in AV Service (Board and Cheap set repairing Mandatory, 
• Applied is added advantage
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds 
• Receptive to Travel 
• Resource Management experience
