Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Dispatcher, located in Abakaliki.
• The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for managing dispatch operations, ensuring effective communication between customers, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Daily tasks include answering phone calls, coordinating logistics activities, scheduling deliveries, tracking shipments, and resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
• Experience in Dispatching and coordinating logistics activities
• Familiar with Location Routes
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using dispatch and logistics software
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics are a plus
