Service Delivery Support at FiberOne Broadband

• Installation: Set up and install fiber optic cables, connectors, and related equipment in both residential and commercial settings. 
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on fibre optic networks to ensure optimal performance. 
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to fibre optic connections, including signal loss, cable damage, and connectivity problems. 
• Testing: Use specialized tools and equipment to test the integrity and performance of fiber optic cables and connections. 
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. 
• Customer Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their fiber services are functioning correctly. 
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices when working in the field. 

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in engineering
• 3 years of experience in the fiber optics field.
• Experience in splicing fiber optics cables. 
• Experience in the use of OTDR machine to locate faults on fiber optics cable 
• Experience in fiber optics cable deployment both Arial and underground.
