Service Delivery Officer

Responsibilities
- Manage all service-related enquiries, including survey and installation requests from prospective customers.
- Coordinate service requests from partners, dealers, and sales executives.
- Accurately complete, update, and send service delivery reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure a proper handover of activated clients.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee prompt and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND qualification in related fields with relevant work experience.
