Service Delivery and Sales Assistant at Sproxil

Key Responsibilities for the Role
Service Delivery:

• Call customers, retrieve and document relevant information
• Keep comprehensive records of all relevant conversations in Sproxil’s Call Centre portal
• Follow up complicated customer calls
• Build sustainable relationships withassigned clients
• Seize opportunities to upsell products/services to customers when the need arises
• Generate weekly and monthly reports as required
• Identify, escalate and reportissuesto the Service delivery or Sales department
• Conduct customer profiling.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Sales:

• Call and resolve issues of clients of assigned accounts
• Escalate clients issues where necessary and fast track resolution process
• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned accounts
• Generate status reports where and when necessary
• Reactivate dormant accounts.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 3 years work experience.
