Senior Warehouse Manager at Helean Global Limited

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures to ensure optimal operation.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Ensure adherence to all warehousing, handling, and shipping requirements.
• Manage stock control and reconciliation.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Provide effective leadership and supervision to warehouse operations staff, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to established standards and procedures.
• Manages the day-to-day communication on operational issues for warehousing and distribution with the respective Client representative.
• Maintaining and Recording stock report in Tally & ERP system.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain management, Business administration, or a related field.
• 8 years experience as a Warehouse Manager.
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices, FMCG operations is a plus.
• Experience in Stock Control and Inventory Control.
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Inventory Management.
