Description

To ensure iStores provide customers with a professional and quality level of support service. This includes: first Line support, warranty repairs, data transfer, troubleshooting, third party product connections and configuration.

iStore candidates may be subjected to pre employment tests.

Requirements

Qualification:

• Minimum – Matric
• Tertiary relevant qualification preferred
• Latest Apple certification obtained SEED and ASTO up to date

Experience: 

• 1+ year working as a Technical Support Consultant in the iStore

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all processes are followed

2. Responsible for level of customer service of team and desk

3. Systems management

4. Theft loss and stock control

5. Training and development of technical team and sales team on technical issues

6. People management
