Senior Student Counselor / Marketer at Community Trust Network

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to recruit students for international study programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Provide information about our partner universities and the courses they offer
• Provide one-on-one counselling to students regarding study abroad opportunities, universities, courses, admission and visa processes.
• Generate leads and convert them into student enrollments.
• Assist students in preparing applications, including personal statements, recommendation letters, and document submissions.
• Guide students through visa application procedures and financial requirements.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and webinars on study abroad opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with partner universities and institutions.
• Stay updated on international education trends, visa policies, and scholarship opportunities.
• Be involved in planning, organizing and participating in educational fairs
• Be innovative in thinking up new ideas of supporting new and existing students
• Follow up with students and provide ongoing support until they are successfully enrolled.
• Contribute in Creating engaging content for social media, blogs, and marketing materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 4 years proven experience in application, visa processing and in study abroad services
• Strong relationship and management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. 
• Ability to guide and motivate students towards their academic goals.
• Individuals with strong networks who can refer friends, family, or colleagues.
• Knowledge of international university admission processes and visa regulations.
• Strong social media influence to promote educational opportunities. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
