Senior Strategy Manager (Experiential) at Strategy Trybe

Core Focus

• Develop insight-driven experiential strategy and execution plans for clients.
• Propose fresh, relevant ideas to keep the agency and its clients' brands competitive.
• Develop compelling strategy decks, pitch presentations, and case studies for client proposals.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Educational Qualification

• A degree in Marketing. Business, Communications, or a related field from a recognised tertiary institution.
• A Certificate or Diploma in Strategy from Strategy Trybe is an advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in BTL/Advertising (Hybrid).

Technical Skills:

• Develop and Execute Brand strategy and BTL Engagement Plans.
• Curious, proactive, and solid stakeholder management
• Creative, innovative, and analytical
• Deep understanding of consumer behaviour, trends, & brand storytelling.
