Senior SME Consultant at Conceptual Integrated Consult

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SME capacity-building programs and training workshops.
• Conduct business diagnostics, feasibility studies, and market assessments.
• Develop detailed reports, business plans, and client proposals.
• Provide strategic business advisory and operational improvement solutions.
• Engage with government agencies and private-sector partners on SME-focused projects.
• Support business development and oversee consulting projects to successful completion.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree or relevant certification in Consulting, Project Management, or Business Analysis is an added advantage.
• 8–10 years’ experience in SME development, business advisory, or related consulting roles.
• Demonstrated experience in training delivery and report writing.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
