    Senior Sales Officer

    Job Summary

    • Paceview Homes is seeking experienced Senior Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team.
    • This role is designed for professionals with a proven track record in real estate sales, particularly within the premium property segment.
    • The successful candidate will drive the sales of our lands and build-to-sell properties, engaging high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales of PaceviewHomes’ premium real estate land products and build-to-sell projects.
    • Identify, engage, and convert qualified leads into successful property sales.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, investors, and partners.
    • Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
    • Provide market insights and contribute to sales strategies for premium products.
    • Represent PaceviewHomes at property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
    • Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry (mandatory).
    • Professional certifications in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
    • Demonstrated success in selling premium properties or high-value real estate projects.
    • Strong network of high-net-worth clients and corporate investors.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver results under pressure.
    • In-depth knowledge of the Abuja (and broader Nigerian) property market.

    Who We’re Looking For:

    • This role is only open to experienced hires in real estate sales.
    • We want candidates who are self-driven, ambitious, and already familiar with the unique dynamics of premium property sales in Abuja.

    Compensation

    • Salary: N120,000 monthly.
    • Commission: 4% on build to sell and 5% on landed properties.
