    Senior Sales Manager

    Salary: ₦100,000 - ₦120,000

    Job Summary:

    The Senior Sales Manager will drive sales growth, manage the sales team, develop strategic plans, and foster strong client relationships. This role requires leadership, sales expertise, and a results-driven approach to meet and exceed company objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts for management.
    • Collaborate with other departments to align sales objectives with company goals.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of proven experience in sales management.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
