    Senior Sales Executive

    Summary:

    • As a Senior Sales Executive at Mikano Motors, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and guide them through the sales process. This position requires a results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for automobiles.

    Responsibilities:

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build strong and lasting relationships with customers by providing a personalized and consultative sales experience.
    • Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
    • Utilize available tools to manage and track leads and sales activities.

    Product Knowledge:

    • Understand and anticipate customer needs, preferences, and budgets.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the vehicles available for sale, including features, specifications, and pricing.
    • Stay updated on the latest automotive industry trends and technologies.
    • Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of our vehicle inventory to assist customers effectively.

    Sales Process:

    • Conduct needs assessments to identify customers' preferences and requirements.
    • Showcase vehicles to customers through test drives and detailed presentations.
    • Provide accurate information about pricing, financing, warranties, and incentives.
    • Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.

    Lead Management:

    • Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly, whether through phone calls, emails, or in-person visits.

    Sales Targets:

    • Work closely with the National Sales Manager to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Create and implement strategies to meet and exceed individual sales goals.
    • Continuously prospect for new customers through networking and referral

    Customer Satisfaction:

    • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
    • Proven experience in automotive sales.
    • Strong understanding of the automotive industry and market dynamics 
    • Strong product knowledge and passion for automobiles.
    • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
