This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, based in Lagos.
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating property lease and sale agreements, and developing strategic sales plans.
The role also includes staying updated on market trends, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent customer service to promote Fieldco Limited’s reputation in the property sector.
Qualifications
Proven sales expertise, including excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Strong understanding of property transactions, leasing, and property development
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
Proficiency in communication and presentation, with emphasis on persuasive skills
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Time management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting sales targets and deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the real estate industry will be an advantage
