    Senior Sales Executive

    Description

    • The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
    • This role requires a results-driven professional with strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to mentor and guide junior sales team members.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client referrals.
    • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Analyze sales trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for management.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
    • Provide mentorship, training, and support to junior sales executives to enhance team performance.
    • Uphold company values and ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
    • Proven track record of at least 5 - 7 years in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles, pipeline management, and closing techniques.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and results-oriented mindset.
    • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

    Salary
    N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
