    Senior Sales Account Manager

    Role Summary

    • CyberDome Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts within Nigeria’s cybersecurity market.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large enterprise or government accounts, driving significant revenue growth, and operating effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
    • This role is focused on strategic account ownership, revenue expansion, and executive-level relationship management, positioning CyberDome as a trusted cybersecurity partner to leading organisations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Account Management

    • Own and manage high-value enterprise accounts across financial services, telecoms, government, and large corporates.
    • Build and maintain strong executive relationships (CIO, CISO, CTO, procurement leadership).
    • Position CyberDome as a long-term strategic cybersecurity partner.

    Revenue Growth

    • Drive expansion of existing accounts and acquisition of new enterprise clients.
    • Manage full sales lifecycle for complex cybersecurity solutions and services.
    • Lead negotiations and close high-value, multi-year contracts.

    Consultative Selling

    • Translate client business risks into tailored cybersecurity solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
    • Advise clients on cybersecurity strategy, compliance (including NDPR), and risk management.

    Market & Industry Engagement

    • Represent CyberDome in executive meetings, industry forums, and strategic client engagements.
    • Maintain strong awareness of cybersecurity trends, threats, and regulatory developments in Nigeria.

    Internal Collaboration

    • Work closely with SOC, Red Team, and Professional Services teams to ensure seamless delivery.
    • Provide structured market and client insights to support service innovation and growth strategy.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (MBA is an added advantage).
    • 6–10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic sales, or business development.
    • Proven experience managing large enterprise, government, or regulated-sector accounts.
    • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
    • Solid understanding of cybersecurity services (SOC, incident response, threat intelligence, etc.).
    • Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience using CRM tools and managing structured pipelines.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • Proven top performer in enterprise sales environments
    • Experience handling complex, long sales cycles and large accounts
    • Strong credibility in engaging C-level executives
    • Highly commercial, target-driven, and strategic in approach
    • Strong relationship builder with long-term account development mindset
    • Self-driven and able to operate with minimal supervision
