Senior Receivables Accountant - Telecom at JMG

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, and contributing to the financial success of the telecom project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, billing, and collections for the telecom project.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of receivable accounts and address any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of revenue transactions.
• Monitor and analyze customer accounts, identifying and resolving issues to ensure timely payment.
• Implement and maintain effective credit control measures to minimize overdue payments.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports, highlighting receivables performance and key metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Receivable Accountant, preferably in the telecom or related industry.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in revenue recognition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced telecom project environment.
