Senior Project Manager at JNC International Limited

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
• Manage and mentor Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and project teams
• Review and approve project plans, schedules, budgets, and site readiness reports
• Monitor project progress, risks, and quality; provide strategic guidance and reporting to management and clients
• Drive stakeholder engagement with clients, partners, contractors, and regulatory bodies
• Resolve escalated project issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure successful project close-out, documentation, and client handover
• Identify and advise on future business opportunities and strategic growth areas

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or related field; PMP certification required
• Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary project teams and complex projects
• Skilled in MS Project/Primavera; AutoCAD and Revit knowledge an advantage
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, and reporting capabilities
• Highly organized, results-driven, and able to thrive under pressure
