Senior Programs Manager at NerdzFactory Company

• The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of our organization's programs and initiatives.
• This role involves project management, stakeholder communication, data tracking, and ensuring program objectives are met within the specified timelines.
• The Senior Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and contribute to the successful implementation and growth of our programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop program objectives, goals, and strategies.
• Monitor program progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
• Develop systems to collect and track program-related data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze program data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Generate regular reports and presentations to update stakeholders on program status and outcomes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for program-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage program budgets, expenses, and allocations in collaboration with the finance team.
• Conduct post-program evaluations to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and gather feedback.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance program impact, efficiency, and participant satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences Project Management and any other relevant field
• 5-7 years experience in managing and implementing programs
• Experience working on donor-funded projects (any of USAID, USADF, FCDO etc)
• Experience conceptualizing, designing, and implementing a project from start to finish
• Experience in any of these fields - Entrepreneurship, Education, Employability, Digital Skills or Gender
• Experience writing project reports
• Experienced in making presentations
• Experience in engaging stakeholders at a high level
• Effective team management skills, with the ability to lead a team of at least 3 people
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
