Senior Product Manager at Quidax

What you will be doing

• The Senior Product Manager will have a crucial role in shaping the Quidax customer experience and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to make decisive decisions.
• Initially, the Senior Product Manager will work closely with the design team and other key stakeholders to redefine the direction of the customer experience. They will need to balance the business needs with the demands of customers for these products.
• Once the initial phase is completed, the Senior Product Manager will take ownership of the customer experience across various touchpoints. Their goal is to ensure that Quidax becomes a leader in the African crypto space.

What your day-to-day looks like

• Interface with numerous internal stakeholders, especially marketing and design.
• Understand our customers, and how they interact with the Quidax products.
• Lead discovery across the acquisition channels.
• Work closely with technology to help them deliver products effectively.
• Manage external 3rd party relationships.
• Be accountable for key growth metrics.
• Help the Product Director set best practices for product management within Quidax.

What you need to have

• 5 years experience leading more than one product team at the same time.
• 3 years experience in dual-track agile.
• Strong communication skills.
• The ability to quickly learn new technical concepts in a fast-paced industry.
• Background working with Agile sprints, and backlogs in Jira.
• Strong discovery skills.
• Can work with remote teams spread across the world
• Utilisation of data to make key decisions, both using quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
• Experience in owning and delivering key business growth metrics.
