    Senior Product Manager

    Responsibilities

    Product Strategy and Vision:

    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
    • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
    • Identify and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and business objectives.

    Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and subject-matter experts, to gather product requirements.
    • Analyze and translate complex business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
    • Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure the feasibility and alignment of product goals.

    Product Development and Execution:

    • Drive the end-to-end product development process, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
    • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.

    Product Launch and Adoption:

    • Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and marketing plans, to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product messaging, sales collateral, and customer education materials.
    • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.

    Product Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

    • Define and monitor key product metrics and analytics to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Gather and analyze user feedback, conduct user testing, and iterate on product features to enhance the user experience and satisfaction.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
    • a minimum of 5 years of work experience in product management or a similar role in the fintech industry.
    • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry trends.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
    • Proficiency in product management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, and JIRA)
    • Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results.
    • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and security standards in the fintech industry is desirable.
