We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our innovative team. As a Senior Product Designer at Univacity, you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience and visual identity of our platform, making a significant impact on how students discover educational opportunities.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process, from conducting user research and ideation to creating wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to ensure cohesive and user-centered designs.
Utilize user insights and feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that align with our brand and enhance the user journey.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and growth.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to our platform.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Designer, showcased in a strong portfolio of diverse digital design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Creative problem-solving mindset and ability to think strategically about design solutions.
Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.
