Job Summary

• Ensures that staff are paid the right amount on time in respect of salaries, incentives, bonuses etc.
• Other duties include auditing and verifying timekeeping records, managing deductions and overtime payments, which must comply with local laws.

Job Description

• Process the company’s payroll accurately and regularly
• Ensure that employee’s payment is made on time in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate payroll record and employee record.
• Compute salaries and benefits, deductions and overtime payments.
• Respond to payroll related employee inquires
• Preparation of employee pay-slips.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting or any related discipline
• 2 - 3 years minimum proven work experience in a payroll capacity.
• Hands-on experience with any payroll related HRIS software
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages.
• Good knowledge of labour legislation.
• Strong math skill with an ability to spot numerical errors.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Gender: male preferably.
