Job Description

• Operational Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Strategy and Operations to develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
• Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to maximize operational efficiency and performance.
• Budget Management: Monitor and manage the operations budget, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and optimizing resource allocation.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures to meet or exceed customer and company goals, commitments and values.
• Relationship Management: Manage relationships with key clients, vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and optimizing costs.
• Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve the overall performance of operations.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, company policies and Processes.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, safeguarding the continuity of operations.
